मी बालाजी प्रल्हाद कदम मेकॅनिकल इंजिनिअर आणि माझा सहयोगी मित्र राजेंद्र बालासाहेब कऱ्हाळे कंप्यूटर इंजिनियर समाज सुधारण्यासाठी छोटासा हातभार असं समजून काम करायचं या उद्देशाने एक छोटीशी जॉब अलर्ट आणि स्टडी मटेरियल प्रोव्हायडर ही एक वेबसाईट बनवली त्याचप्रमाणे आपलं ज्ञान इतर व्यक्तींपर्यंत पोहोचण्यासाठी YouTube चैनल पण तयार केलं या दोन्ही माध्यमांद्वारे फ्री ऑफ कॉस्ट व्हिडीओ लेक्चर व इतर मार्गदर्शन दिले जाते. इंटरनेटच्या युगामध्ये आपण कुठपर्यंत न्यूज पेपर मार्फत नोकरी शोधत बसायचे.बऱ्याच नौकऱ्या अशा आहेत ज्या विद्यार्थ्यांपर्यंत पोहोचत नाहीत त्यामुळेच विद्यार्थ्यांना बेरोजगारीला सामोरे जावे लागते. भरपूर मेहनत घेऊन आणि अभ्यास करून जेव्हा निराशा येते, तेव्हा कुठला पण नौकरीला सामोरे जाण्यास विद्यार्थ्यांची तयारी असते. अशी वेळ विद्यार्थ्यांना येऊ नये यामुळे ही वेबसाईट बनवण्याचं काम केलेल आहे. या छोट्याशा प्रोजेक्टमुळे बऱ्याच ग्रामीण भागातील होतकरू विद्यार्थ्यांना फायदा होईल हीच आमची कमाई  असेल चला थोडासा हातभार लावू या समाज सुधारण्यासाठी एक हात मदतीचा धन्यवाद.
